Formalising the lessons learned from experience, validating and discussing them, putting them into practice : here are few major issues in "the continuous and multifaceted fight against delusion and deception" (Edgar Morin). This issue is especially important for NGOs who have to become "learning organisations" in order to improve the relevance and quality of their local projects. Based on the collective experience of Handicap international and Gret, this document attempts to give a methodological approach to organisations wanting to analyse their experiences.
