Partnerships among Local Actors and Crisis Management

Implementing local development projects requires the involvement of all local actors. Beyond contractual terms accepted by all, the completion of development projects sometimes runs up against actors’ contradictory strategies, which can lead to conflicts. Based on Arc-En-Ciel’s experience in the commune of Nkolafamba, this article offers food for thought on the modes of intermediation that may be used to overcome the technical or institutional barriers that may arise during project execution.
